Quite often, even after we’ve chosen an item and purchased it successfully, there may be some things we might want to change or repair afterward - either during or following the delivery process, when filing a return or applying for using our warranty. Here we'll try to explain in plain terms how does our store’s warranty policy works and how you can be using it when shopping with us.

Return, exchange and refund policy

Filing a return, exchange or refund is an easy process. Please contact us as early as possible to initiate the return, exchange or refund process.

Any return, exchange or refund needs to be done within 30 days of purchase. Return postage costs will be at your own expense.

For exchange of item purchased, postage cost for the replacement item will be free of charge.

Item should be in a salable condition with proof of purchase (original tax invoice) and all original packages.

  • Warranty for goods

    Warranty for an item purchased is 12 months. Return postage costs will be at your own expense.
  • Warranty for service

    Warranty for repair or refurbishing job is 12 months. Return postage costs will be at your own expense.
  • Warranty Exceptions

    Any physical damage to the item is not covered by warranty.

Where to Apply for Warranty Services?

Please contact us directly for any warranty issues. Under these Limited Return to Base Warranties, all of the legal liability of our store is limited to repair, or if required (or requested by the customer), replacement. Within one year from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace the defective parts free of charge.

These Limited Warranties are not applicable for any of our products which have been altered by any person, dealer, or company without the express written authorization of our store.

In What Cases the Warranty is Not Provided?

There can be two limits for the Warranties issued with the purchase of the items on our website.

  • Physical Damage

    The first one is physical damage.
  • Regular tear and wear

    The second one is the wear and tear was regular.

Change of Mind

We do not do return and refund for change of mind. However, we can still do exchange as a gesture of goodwill, except for custom made items.
